Elementary School 4 & 5

Helpful information about our program and how enrollment works:

To inquire about switching to CVA Full time or as a Dual enrolled student you can inquire with your local Elementary School (4 & 5) Guidance Counselor or directly with us at 503-762-3214

Requirements:

• All students are required to check out a Centennial School District Chromebook to do all school work.
• All students are required to complete assignment provided workbooks.
• Students/Families need to have reliable internet. If cost is an issue you can check out these low cost options.
• Students are required to attend a daily online advisory class.
• Students are required to complete a daily attendance form.
• Students are required to work in Edgenuity and/or thier workbooks one hour per class per day.
• Learning Coaches are required to attend a weekly check in meeting with thier advisory teacher.

Notice to Parents or Guardians:

• 4^th & 5th grade, this program requires that the learning coach is at home working with the student, checking for understanding, organizing materials, sets the pace for learning, helps student compelte work on time, and submit work to be graded by the CVA teacher.
• The Learning Coach should expect to commit 4-6 hours each day with your student.
