Helpful information about our program and how enrollment works:

To inquire about switching to CVA Full time or as a Dual enrolled student you can inquire with your local Middle School (6th-8th) Guidance Counselor or directly with us at 503-762-3214

Requirements:

• All students are required to check out a Centennial School District Chromebook to do all school work.
• Students need to actively check their CSD Gmail (not in StudentVue).
• Students/Families need to have reliable internet. If cost is an issue you can check out these low cost options.
• Students are required to attend a daily online advisory class.
• Students are required to complete a daily attendance form.
• Students are required to work in Edgenuity one hour per class per day.
• Students/Family are required to attend a weekly check in meeting with thier advisory teacher.

Notice to Parents or Guardians:

• 6-8^th grade, this program requires the parent or guardian to do a minimum of daily check-ins and weekly monitoring with thier student. You will also receive weekly progress reports automatically generated from Edgenuity to your email to assist you in monitoring your student. 
• As a function of using our online platform Edgenuity, all 6th-8th grade students will automatically be assigned a student email account. We will request that you approve email usage for your middle school student.
• Students under 13 years of age will need to have this form approved and submitted to us: in order to access email and participate in the required attendance and schoolwork activities.
