Registration (Grades 9-12)
Registration
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
- If your student is not currently registered in the Centennial School District – whether they have previously been with the Distrct or not – you will need to register either in person or by using our online registration system.
- Account Creation
- If you register online, when you reach the School Selection Screen during the online process, please read this page carefully. You will then need to select your desired school from the dropdown list. Schools are listed alphabetically, so it is important to verify what is selected.
- There is a parent guide available in the left-hand menu which will provide you with some general information. If you need more detailed information or assistance, please contact your Centennial High School.
- You will need access to a desktop or laptop computer. There are laptops available in each school office for your use if needed.
If your student is currently registered at Centennial High School, please contact their school counselor to initiate the transfer process.
- After CVA receives the request for enrollment, we verify that the parent/guardian understands our program and requirements and are approved for enrollment.
- Next, the Registrar enrolls the student for 1 week out. This date may get moved up depending on staff availability.
- Next, the Academic Counselor will review the students academic history, do forecasting for the year, and add classes.
- Once the student is enrolled and has their classes, they will receive an email from the Counseling Office explaining when they should expect to start. This email will include a video on how to access the digital tools they will need to attend online classes.
- Students will also need to schedule an orientation meeting directly with their Advisory Teacher that will explain other helpful information on how the program works, where to find information, and help.
